Use a Form to gather student responses in real-time!

  • Your students will need an internet connection with browser capability (from laptop or Smart phone!).
  • They will submit their response to a set of multiple choice questions using the form you have created and saved to your Google account.

Here's how to create a Google Form...

1. Create, Send, Share, and Edit a Form

2. Embed a form in a website or blog

  • If you'd like to embed your form in a website or blog after you create and save your form, click the More actions drop-down menu at the top of the form, select the Embed option, and paste the URL into your site or blog.

3. Collect and View Form Responses:

4. Clear Data after each problem set.

After you have finished using a form, you will need to clean it out for the next set of problems or use a different form.
  • Option 1: To reuse the same form for another problem set or class: Select Rows in the form and clear contents
  • Option 2: Use a different form for each class or problem set (different name).
